CONSISTENCY EVALUATION REGARDING TUBAL PATENCY DIAGNOSIS AMONG DELAYED FILMS AT 4h, 6h AND 24h AFTER HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAPHY WITH ETHIODIZED POPPY-SEED OIL

To compared the consistency regarding tubal patency diagnosis among delayed films at 4h, 6h and 24h after hysterosalpingography (HSG) with ethiodized poppy-seed oil, so as to explore effect of shortening retardation image on diagnosis. This study retrospectively enrolled 29 spontaneous menstrual, HSG indication qualified females, who underwent oil for assessment. During operation, plain film, uterine filling phase, fallopian tube overflow phase film were taken respectively. The performed Adverse reactions such pain, vagina bleeding, etc. during operation within half hour collected. After randomization blind three time points, Gwet’s AC1 coefficient was assess 24h. Furthermore, Linearization method used analyze difference between “4h consistency” “6h consistency”. Based reference, coefficients 4h 0.71 (P<0.001) 0.76 (P<0.001), respectively; they range 0.61-0.80, suggesting high consistency. Meanwhile, there no Some patients occurred mild-intermediate pain low-grade bleeding or these attenuated hours. suggests may replace oil.
